    but we make it happen!

    Our projects

    At Metric Salad we are looking to work with emerging technologies in new and different sectors. Until now, we have developed several Extended Reality (XR) projects in a wide variety of industries, from healthcare, performing arts, heritage and fashion.

    Intervention, digitalization and tokenization of 6 outfits to be exhibited in the metaverse and auctioned in an NFT marketplace.

    The fashion and art exhibition "From Spain ( Seville セビリア) to Japan ( Kobe 神戸): a journey through the 17" is a project in collaboration with Fashion Art Institute, Plataforma Atenea and the Polytechnic University of Valencia. It consisted of the realization of 17 pieces designed by Manuel Fernández and intervened by more than 19 artists between Spain and Japan. Each of the garments represented a SDG of the 2030 Agenda through the making of the "KIMONOBATA", the fusion between the Spanish tail coat and the Japanese kimono.

    Digitalization and tokenization of the Ninot of the falla Palleter-Erudit Orellana in the Fallas of Valencia 2022.

    The project consisted of the first tokenized ninot of the Fallas of Valencia. The piece was made with recycled materials from fallera costumes with the original design of Manuel Fernandez, and made by the Guild of Dressmakers and Tailors of the Valencian Community. It was presented on the website of the Palleter-Erudit Orellana and on March 19 it was "cremated", just as the traditional Valencian festival dictates.

    Creation of a Metaverse for the choreographic piece "No es Amor" by Lara Misó and immersive experiences in cultural events.

    As part of the Festival Dansa València, a virtual reality space was developed for the piece "No es Amor" by dancer Lara Misó. During the performance, video projections were made and in each session the user had the possibility to visit the metaverse space through Oculus glasses, computers and mobile devices.

    Development of a Metaverse for the tokenization and digitalization of the exclusive nail collection of the designer Ana Locking.

    "Say My Nails" is a virtual space and a limited and experimental capsule collection of NFT's based on the iconographic nails of designer Ana Locking (National Fashion Design Award 2020 and Gold Medal for Merit in Fine Arts in 2021), inspired by LGTBI pride and queer aesthetics. The development counted with Augmented Reality integrations in Social Networks and 20% of the price of the NFT's was destined to the LGTBI Collective of Madrid (COGAM).
